In 2018, our company successfully manufactured a large batch of Volume Gate Control Boards for a Chinese client. This type of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) project required fast delivery and high-quality standards. The client’s first batch delivery deadline was only 17 days, much shorter than the usual 25 to 30 days for similar boards. Since this project was a great fit for our production capability, we accepted the challenge and completed it on time while maintaining exceptional quality.

- Difficult areas: Components Y1, TB9, T3, and T4 were positioned outside the PCB layout, preventing multi-board panelization. Each panel contained only one PCB.

Assembly Challenges and Solutions
During assembly, we discovered that some silkscreen markings were incomplete. To address this, our engineers printed the assembly drawing directly from the PCB file and created corresponding assembly software to accurately fill in missing silkscreen positions. Although this issue occurs rarely, our team developed an effective workflow to resolve it efficiently, ensuring the final PCB assembly met all quality standards.
Product Function Introduction
This Rolling Gate Control PCB is designed to manage the up-and-down movement of rolling shutters. Users can control the shutter operation wirelessly through a remote control key, while the main control unit processes the commands and operates the motor or electric lock system accordingly.
Additionally, users can adjust door speed and opening range through the control panel. The main controller acts as the command center, coordinating communication between hardware and motor systems to achieve smooth, automatic operation.
