Both boards feature white solder mask and white silkscreen, following FR4 material with TG130 and IPC Class 2 standards. The trace width and spacing are designed within common manufacturing tolerances, ensuring cost efficiency and high production yield.
During mass production, 8 pieces are panelized together with 10mm edges and 4 fiducial marks for precision alignment. Each PCB contains 12 LED components, and the edge is trimmed after assembly for a clean final finish. All products meet industry standards, with no X-out boards, ensuring quality consistency and reliable performance.
