Recently, our factory received an order for a 2-layer power controller PCB board. The board specifications were standard: 1oz copper thickness, 1.6mm board thickness, green solder mask with white silkscreen. One of the key components on the board was a large IC with more than 18 pins. Since this IC is not a common component, we handled the PCB assembly very carefully, especially during soldering. The temperature of the wave soldering process was strictly controlled, and the finished boards successfully passed AOI inspection.
Although this was a relatively simple PCB manufacturing project, the story behind it was extraordinary and deeply inspiring.
