A quadrotor is a type of multirotor helicopter that is lifted and propelled by four rotors. The structural rack of the quadcopter is constructed using durable electric tail pipes and pipe bases, combined with high-quality hard discs. For propulsion, the advanced 2212 KV930 motor is used, paired with positive and negative propellers such as the highly regarded EPP1045, which has an excellent reputation in the German market.
From a PCB perspective, the flight control board is the core component. It manages the output of each motor, adjusting the tilt of the rotor plane to control flight direction. The principle is straightforward: by modifying the RPM of each motor, the quadrotor can ascend, descend, or maneuver in different directions.

For example, we upgraded the remote control system by adapting an FT06-C unit, transforming it from a 6-channel to an 8-channel system, with two additional proportional channels and an LCD display for real-time parameter monitoring. The use of a PPM code board further enhances the control performance.

In more advanced quadcopters, the flight controller is equipped with a transmitter for two-way communication with the handheld controller. Additional sensors, such as GPS, gyroscope, compass, and barometer, are integrated into the PCB system to improve flight stability and navigation accuracy.
