1. Morning Briefing and Tool Preparation
We hold a briefing every morning to ensure smooth communication within the team. Before starting specific inspection tasks, we prepare necessary tools such as magnifying glasses, tweezers, V-cut detectors, and anti-static wristbands to ensure efficient and accurate work.
2. PCB Inspection and LCR Testing
We conduct thorough inspections of incoming PCBs, examining markings, scratches, solder masks, V-cut checks, and flatness. Additionally, component values and LED colors are measured through LCR testing to ensure optimal performance.
3. Quality Assurance and Solder Pad Comparison
Each component undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure compliance with our strict criteria. Solder pads are meticulously compared to ensure alignment with PCB specifications, ensuring flawless integration into the final product.
4. Documentation and 3S Cleaning
Throughout the IQC process, we maintain comprehensive documentation of data and results. Regular 3S cleaning sessions ensure a clean and organized workspace, promoting efficiency and productivity.
Material Traceability System
To ensure traceability of all materials, we have implemented an advanced QR code marking and recognition system. Each incoming material is assigned a unique QR code identifier containing crucial information such as production batch, supplier details, and manufacturing date. This enables us to track and identify the origin and history of each material throughout the production process, ensuring traceability and quality control.
